Teacher’s Day:
“The influence of teachers extends beyond the classroom, well into the future”
To honour and celebrate our educators, students of class X had organized a special Virtual Teacher’s Day programme. The seniors started the day by conducting Tilaawat ud Dua. After the Dua, there was an exciting game session with teachers where they were asked to guess proverbs based on Emojis. It was heartening to see the teachers participate in the games with full gusto and childlike enthusiasm.
The students had prepared a touching video highlighting the importance of teachers in their lives right from the Pre-Primary section to their High School days and beyond. A special surprise was presented in the form of poems written by students in English and Hindi.
On this special occasion, The Principal and Vice-Principal shared a few words of motivation and inspiration for all the teachers.
The highlight of the day was when the roles were reversed and the students of Class X took up the responsibility of donning the hats of their teachers. Classes from I to IX were taken over by class X students. It was amazing to see how effortlessly the students took over the online classes with engaging virtual activities for all the students.
MSB Bangalore takes pride in giving this opportunity to seniors to hone their skills and make them future-ready. The seniors learnt many skills through this programme such as planning, organization, public speaking, technical acumen and leadership skills which will be immensely beneficial.
